Is it good for hair growth and how to shampoo with it

To use black soap as shampoo, just lather it in your hands and apply the lather to your hair. I doubt black soap would have an affect on hair growth. Black soap is great for your skin though. Hope this helps :)

I stored the remind of soap I have left in plastic in a glass container & now I've noticed white spots/dots have grown on it. Is it still safe to use?

It was exposed to air. I usually keep mine in plastic wrap like Saran wrap a d put it in a zip lock plastic bag. When I see a white film or dots, I still use it or you can cut it off and use the remaining soap. Hope this helps.
