These assemble very nicely
The pieces fitted together well. Because the items are so small, assembly can be fiddly. A jewellery pliers will help to grasp the tiny screw fittings. But well worth the effort. I haven't used them all but am looking forward to the end result. The one in the photo is the largest circular hoop. The smallest measures 2.5cm internally. I am delighted with the purchase.

Questionable quality.
I did a small cross stitch and was trying to assemble the piece of work. I noticed that there was brown staining coming from the hoop onto the cross stitch. The hoops will need to be sanded using fine sandpaper to remove excess dye on the insides that are staining the work.
