I've tried several electrolyte mixes but most come with stevia and after consistent use I noticed it affected my stomach negatively. The monk fruit sweetener works best for me and I love that this product has the few essential ingredients that an electrolyte drink should have that makes it worthwhile. As to the taste, mixed with really cold water it reminds me of a refreshing, tart lemonade. And, of course, you can adjust how much mix you use. Sometimes a small amount is just right for quick hydration. Be sure to mix it thoroughly and if you're using a sealed water bottle, you may find yourself giving it an occasional shake to make sure you get all of the ingredients down to the last drop.

The mango electrolytes are really delicious. I only use 1/8-1/4 of a tsp in a tall glass of water, because the serving size is 2 scoops, which is extremely salty. This makes me feel better when I've been out in the yard working, not drinking enough water, or after a long hike. It makes you feel normal again.

It's not possible for me to rate the efficacy, quality, or results of using this product. I opened the package, took out the product, immediately and eagerly made a batch...32 oz water, 1 scoop Sacred Eats Electrolyte powder. I thought I'd start slowly and use 1 scoop and work my way up to 3. Expecting a tart (lemon/raspberry) flavor, I enthusiastically took my first sip. OMG! Salt was so overpowering that it almost came right back up. Maybe my palate is sensitive, but I can't imagine how consumers can get past the salt.I don't like to give a negative review when it could just be MY tastebuds. Other reviewers seem to love it. Meanwhile, I'm still searching for the perfect electrolyte formula for me: NO artificial anything, NO stevia, and GREAT TASTE.On the bright side, customer service was fantastic and immediately started a refund.

Perfect. Only monkfruit sweetener, good flavor AND... unlike most other electrolyte drink mixes, it has a RELEVANT amount of sodium. If you are on keto, then you know sodium deficiency can be a problem.

Update: the company wrote to me telling me I was wrong, that the product is salty, but my body needs it. Offered a refund if I was truly unhappy. Just reply REFUND to this email. I did, the email address bounced back stating it's an address that doesn't accept replies. REALLY? Is this their way of telling people that they offered a refund, but no one accepted it, so they must have changed their mind about the product?The product went in the garbage, it's that bad.This product is disgusting. There is no flavor other than sour salt. I ordered it because I was looking for electrolytes with monk fruit as sweetener instead of Stevie. This product carries no guarantee so think before wasting your $40.
