Does it come with dust bag?

No it does not, it comes wrapped in plastic. The shoulder strap is way too long and the purse is very very light also it hangs awkward because of how the strap is

Does anyone know the measurements?

Not sure about the measurements but it’s small. I use it for lipgloss my wallet and phone. That’s all that’ll fit
