Collagen peptides from Vital Proteins.I bought this supplement multiple times hoping to slow down ageing or even look a bit younger. I have been taking it for years on and off and, honestly, not sure how effective it is for anti-aging purposes.I think, I look my age (40 something), though, my husband keeps telling me I look younger every day. However, the silly sausage would say it even if I was wearing a bin bag over my head. 😜

My first purchase, I bought it after the reviews. The delivery was very fast but unfortunately it smells like a bad milk and it tastes little off. It says unflavoured, mine have an unpleasant flavour and smell. Hopefully it will pass. 5 stars for fast delivery.

In my opinion, this is the best collagen powder on the market. I've tried loads of other brands over the years but this is best for many reasons. It mixes really easily in hot drinks with no nasty clumps left on the top, it's virtually taste free in coffee. I saw results within the first couple of weeks particularly with my knee pain but also with my nails appearing much stronger. My hair feels much better as well. The benefits increased with time. I'll keep using this and definitely recommend you give it a try too.Also my energy levels have noticed a big difference.

Afraid I cannot drink this - it has a very nasty off taste and smells AWFUL! Other customers had said it tastes of nothing, so I thought it would be fine. Maybe I just got an off one. Very annoying as I ordered a very large size.

UPDATE : I'm on my 3rd tub now, i can't pinpoint what this has done for my face but i definitely look more fresh faced and my skin appears more plump (combined with a good skincare routine). I have received compliments on how glossy my hair looks and i have noticed this as well. Since moving to the UK, hard water and change of diet (I'm from Singapore and collagen is a big part of our usual diet) my hair has suffered and gone dull and dry, almost like grass. This is the first time in a long time it has looked the way it did before, soft, smooth and shiny. I had switched to a saloon grade shampoo and conditioner + occasional clarifying shampoo a few months before i started on collagen so i know that while they did help a little, it was the collagen that brought my hair back to life.--------------------------------------I have tried other collagen powder in the past and had such bad experiences (bad tummy aches, white runny poop, etc etc) and frankly had PTSD and was afraid it try again. Husband bought me my first tub and convinced me to give it a go. I seen many mix it with coffee, personally I found it altered the taste of my coffee and went with hot chocolate instead, which worked a treat. I take one scoop in the morning and one at night. I’m now 3 weeks in, no side effects, not even a tummy ache and husband says i look more fresh faced. Will continue to take 2 scoops a day and hopefully see more obvious changes.
