Great Mask!!
Saw this mask trending on Pinterest so decided to give it a try. I’m glad I did! It’s a refreshing mask that leaves my skin feeling refreshed and soft! I’ve only used it once so far but will continue to update this review as I go through the bucket.First, it’s a lot product! Worth the $10 or so bucks. Powder is packed in a bag inside a bucket/bottle which I think is great. Bag avoids spillage during transit and the bucket is great secure storage. Before using the mask I washed my face with a cleanser and then applied a toner. I made the mask while the toner dried.I mixed 1 tablespoon of powder with 1 tablespoon of water. It made enough to cover my face in a medium thick mask. For a thick layer I would suggest 2 tbs of powder and water each. It’s a thick consistency so it was easy to spread on my face with a plastic spatula. It really is cooling and smells like mint! I couldn’t nail down the scent of the powder itself but it doesn’t smell like mint until you mix it with water. I didn’t really feel any intense tightening or pulling as it dried.TIP: DO NOT LET THE MASK DRY COMPLETELYI figured that the dryer the mask, the easier it would be to pull off, which is WRONG. After the 15 minutes I saw that only the edges looked dry so I decided to leave it on for 30 minutes total (instructions say 15 - 30 minutes). I was surprised when after the 30 minutes it was still ‘wet’ in the center. Then when I started to try and peel it off, I realized the mistake I made. Once the mask dries completely it STICKS to your skin (hair too if you coat some by accident like i did). It basically becomes a second layer of skin that cracks and falls apart in tiny pieces. At the end it was like I had crushed egg shells on the counter and my shirt. The wet ‘blueish gray’ parts peeled off so easily. I couldn’t get large pieces because of the dry parts but I can imagine how easy it is to peel off if it’s all ‘wet’. Especially if it’s a thicker mask. Funnily enough, it felt like peeling that thin layer of skin from a boiled egg.I ended up having to use a stiff brush to brush/scrape the mask from my face. Then I gave up and used my nails lol. So any redness on my skin is from removing the mask, not the material.Other than that, my skin felt really nice and soft. There was a slight white cast on my skin but honestly it was probably from letting it dry too long. I had taken so long to remove it that I just but some spray serum on my face and left it at that.No reaction to the mask that I could tell however it’s been two days since I used it and I see some pimples starting to form on my forehead. I’m considering it the mask pulling the impurities out which happens a lot when using new products. So I’m not gonna fault the mask for that.I’m going to use it again tonight and will post any updates if something significant happens.

SO REFRESHING
Like said, none of the instructions are in English, so watch a video. I bought it after seeing it on Pinterest ~ you put it on AFTER skincare, let it dry and really cool down your face (standing in front of a fan makes it colder) then peel it off and go to sleep! I put a little extra moisturizer on before and after bcuz my skin dries easily at night. Great product though!!

Seems to work well, mixture unclear
I asked a question about 45 minutes ago that isn't showing up and that question was exactly how much powder & how much water is the correct mixture for a face mask application. I have oily skin, large pores, and rosacea. Some nights in winter, my face burns enough that I grab an ice pack from the freezer and apply it to my cheeks. This approach is frowned upon by my anesthesician, so I purchased this mask and an ice roller. Tonight the mask arrived and I was disappointed to discover there were no English usage instructions. I noticed in the 6 answered questions that someone said the mask should be the consistency of oatmeal. Also noticed the fractional denomination of parts powder & water. Not sure how to measure in the parts defined. So, I took a Tablespoon powder and splashed in some water. Mixed until smooth. Applied to my face (somewhat heavy because there was a lot there). Please note it was smooth; I would liken the consistency to yogurt. I left it on until I could feel the thin parts of the mask dry. In other words, if you want to laugh and you feel crunchy, that's how long I let it dry. No more than 15 minutes. The entire time, my face felt cool and comfortable.I was not sure of proper removal (usually depend heavily on manufacturer instruction) so I wet a washcloth with warm water and started to wipe. I noticed immediately that areas with thicker mask application wanted to peel off rather easily. The only areas needing the washcloth were the areas I inadvertently applied thinly. The thicker areas I could not peel had a tendency to stick in my hair. When all the mask was removed, even the bumpiest areas where my pores are perpetually the largest felt smooth. My skin feels clean and tight; not dry. I am looking forward to using this again. Next time I will not wash off over the sink, because I'm a bit concerned that I've plugged the drain with the cohesive chunks of the mask. Additionally, I'd recommend less than a Tablespoon of powder for just your face. It feels wasteful to mix more than is actually needed to thickly coat the face. I will update this review if I determine there are any long term pore shrinkage affects from this mask, but for now only 4 stars. Very cooling and soothing, but disappointing to have to trial & error the mixture. It seems a rather simple idea to put an instruction sheet in with the container.

Silky Smooth Skin guaranteed
I'm thrilled with my experience using the Modeling Mask Powder Pack Cool Ice for Soothing and Pore Management. In my opinion, the smell is not unpleasant, it is a very subtle mint-like scent that does not bother me at all.Preparing the mask is straightforward, but timing is key. Mixing equal parts powder and cold water ensures a smooth consistency, but it's crucial to apply it promptly as it thickens quickly (using a brush may help a lot during the application). I learned the hard way not to prepare too much at once, as it becomes challenging to handle once it reaches a dense consistency, and the leftovers cannot be reused later. When applying, a thick layer is the way to go for easy removal. Leaving it on for 20-25 minutes and removing it before it fully dries ensures a hassle-free cleanup. Trust me, having a broom on standby is a smart move! The results speak for themselves – my skin feels unbelievably soft, like peaches, and after repeated use, my pores appear visibly reduced. I really recommend this product to anyone looking for a mask that delivers noticeable results. I use it once per week and my skin feels and looks amazing.
