Great use for bathroom duties.
Helps me every time go to the bathroom. I use it a couple of times a week. When you put it in water thought, drink fast or else it swells like tad poles :)~~ LOL!

Powder is better!
But you will definitely need to mix it in a smoothie, NOT clear liquids. I can tell this absorbs a bit easier as I do not have the strongest stomach. But I love the product. Will purchase again.

won’t mix stays clumpy hard to take
Everybody raves about this product, but it will not mix at all and it’s very chunky and it’s hard to swallow. They should put this in pill form.

Don’t buy this product…
Two months after I bought this product I got a email asking to stop taking it because there were some issues with FDA that some ingredients did not meet regulations or something like that unfortunately I bought this for my parents and they had already finished taking them.. I wished they would of let us know before very upset about it.. they automatically refund the money but it was to late, hope there are no health issues with my parents for taking this product.
