Is it compatible with Spectra s1?

I use this whole system with my spectra pump instead of the actual spectra parts -which I find too cumbersome. They work wonderfully together. The tubes connect directly to the pump.

Does this work with the Mya Joy Plus?

Yes it does, that is the pump I have. FYI many of the comments mention the gifted manual hand pump, mine did not come with one.
