Excellent quality, multi-purpose hole saw
I have been using the Lenox bi-metal holesaws for a couple decades on everything from high-strength 4140 tubing to cast iron to plastic to wood. They perform very well. Depending on the material and cut, I use some spray coolant or cutting fluid. As long as you run an appropriate RPM and don't overheat the teeth, these hole saws last a long time.

Odd size needed for cord management
The media could not be loaded. I had many different holesaw’s, but not the size, which was needed for the desk, discussions/cord management holes. As typical with this brand, it worked flawlessly. The nice thing about this whole saw is how the extraction of the woods scrap is handled. It comes out very easily and makes removal a breeze. The drill bit is sharp and the whole saw teeth. Did a nice job if not more in the surface and give me the exact size opening that I needed for the court management escutcheon

Well worth for an extra few bucks!
I bought some other tungsten carbide hole saw bcuz it was cheaper and had nothing but a headache with them. Decided to spend a few more bucks and this did the job! Cut out some pipes with an angle using a drill press at a slow rpm and some lube. And still sharp as an eagles claw! Great buy, come with the stem aswell!

Used to put an access port into a van.
Drilled right through the side of a '95 Chevrolet 3/4 ton van without complaint and quickly. Advise drilling small pilot hole, then a hole matching the mandrel bit before actually punching the holesaw in (to keep it accurate). If you measure the diameter of the holesaw it will seem small but don't be fooled by this. The set of the teeth cut true to advertised size. Very pleased with this purchase.

Exactly what we were looking for!
My husband couldn't find this size anyplace locally. Found it here, ordered, and it was here quickly and the project completed.

uhhh its off axis
the one i received wobbles with no ability to center it yourself so i ended up with a 2 inch hole. i mean i only needed this to mount a tweeter in my A pillars anyway, so thats about the extent of what i was ever planning on using it for. and for that it did the job good enough for me to mount the speakers and it look professional. the fact that it wobbled just made it harder to get the tweeters exactly where i needed them becuase the tweeters had room to move around as i was trying to tighten the giant locking collar on the back of the tweeter but my job came out perfect even with the unbalance. gave it 5 stars for value. didnt comment on the longevity or durability.
