It won’t last. Dolly sturdy but the bag rips easily
It won’t last. The dolly sturdy but the bag rips easily and they won’t let you buy just replacement bags. It’s so frustrating; save yourself from the frustration and get something else.

Great concept, questionable quality.
I loved this for about a month. The bag's interior started tear early on, and unless you are incredible careful putting laundry in and out, it will come apart. The rolling mechanism is great, and I would absolutely buy it again if they fixed the interior quality. Bummed.

Love this trolly
I live in Brooklyn New York, so laundry can be a hassle. I wanted something different and unique. I read some bad reviews but still took I chance... because there was more good reviews than bad. The material seems very sturdy and that's a plus for me. I didn't regret this purchase at all

Aesthetically there but lacks functionality.
Very disappointed with this purchase. The idea and look are great hence 2 star but where this product really lacks is in functionality. First, this was poorly stitched. The stitching came undone in the inner bag and the outer bag almost immediately. I was able to restitch and reinforce the new stitches. This isn't going to hold very long b/c the fabric is thin even the outer sack and I already see the fabric starting to tear. I've only had it for about a month. You might be wondering if I was overloading the bag, and the answer is no. In fact, my second gripe is the bag is a lot smaller than I expected. Then when you do use it and want to pull out inner bag for wash time, it doesn't come out b/c of outer metal ring is in way. So, you have to essentially dissemble the whole thing to get smaller bag out. Besides that, the trolley is very cheaply made. It's light, I'll give it that, but it's very flimsy. I would not recommend this product even if it was significantly cheaper. It's a cool idea and looks good but isn't practical. My suggestion, get a real potato sack and strap it to a lightweight dolly.Update: the bag is totally unusable now. The inside bag hooks came off and there’s a huge hole in bag where the Velcro holding straps are. I just went to fabric store got some upholstery fabric and made a new bag and I’m able to use the dolly with that bag. So, I don’t recommend this bag at all. You’re just throwing your money away.

Rotating wheels: Amazing for a person with disabilities.
My dad and I both have major back problems, carrying a basket or even wheeling one over bumps and stairs, especially up stairs, is excruciating. It limits us to doing laundry only when we completely run out of clothes. The triple-rotating wheels are a god send. The basket is nice too. Aesthetically pleasing and practical.Admittedly, the basket could be bigger, and the platform of the dolly could be wider, but for the price you're not going to find better.

So Much Easier Than Shlepping A Laundry Basket
This is great and exactly what I needed to wheel laundry down the hall to the washer/dryers instead of trying to shlep a laundry basket. Also doubles as a hamper. I have been lining it with a large garbage bag because I figure that it will keep the interior of the actual bag fresher and I can replace the plastic garbage bag as needed and then use it for garbage - so no waste. It came fully assembled and all I had to do was attach the bag which even I (a complete non-DIY) was able to do without any issues.

Works great for holding and carrying my laundry through my apartment ...
Works great for holding and carrying my laundry through my apartment building and even to my car sometimes. Kind of small capacity but also fits in my small studio apartment closet because it is tall and narrow. The construction is sturdy, a 7 on a 1-10 scale, for a laundry cart. I like that it has an inner liner you can remove--although that would take more time than I care to spend on that task. Ive owned it a month don't have much faith in the velcro straps that hold the bag to the cart, but so far those pieces are holding up.Update one year and a half later: wheel casing is holding up great after many trips to laundry room downstairs or through parking lots to the car. The Velcro straps that hold bag to frame have ripped the bag—hopefully this part of the bag is reinforced on newer versions. Still very happy with my purchase.

Works like a charm!
I used one of these at my friend's house while house-sitting for her and I loved it. I got the stair climber version for myself and so far it has been wonderful. It holds a lot of clothing as our hamper and then on washday I sort it, put it into mesh bags, refill this dolly up and just roll it down the stairs put in the car and take it to the laundromat. The only thing I'm concerned about is the durability of the bag, but I will definitely order a replacement one if I need to. The dolly itself is very sturdy.

A must buy for Seniors (anyone) who have to use stairs!
I was given this laundry trolley as a Mother’s Day gift from my son back in 2011. I have osteoarthritis and a senior. I have to leave my apartment and walk to the laundry room. I have to walked down and up 10 stairs. I loved this laundry trolley so much, I bought a second one last June 2020 from Amazon, because the first one separated from the dolly. It’s only held on by thread. It’s not strong enough. I’m so sad to say the new one doing the same thing. It’s then only thing I find not good with this product. It needs a stronger grip that’s not thread. I’m so sad and upset about my favourite product. I hope you help me resolve this issue. I often get stop by people to ask me where I bought my laundry cart. I stand by this product, it just needs a metal ring, instead of Velcro.I even purchased the grocery trolley dolly's cart in red in April 2021.Thanking you in advance for your time and help.Marlene

Happy with this product
This product is as expected. I saw it at BBB but got it cheaper here. Well worth the wait. Makes my laundry process much easier and doubles as a trolly for other purposes. The bag comes off, has an inner liner that can be washed and holds a large amount of clothes. Happy with this product.

Very disappointing!
If you only need help carrying laundry UP stairs it works great. If you need help going DOWN stairs, this is not the thing for you. It is actually quite dangerous to do so. The handle doesn’t extend high enough so, to go down stairs, you have to lean down facing down the stairs. It doesn’t work to pull behind you going down. Not impressed. Wasted our money here.
