Waterman Refill Cartridges for Fountain Pens, Intense Black Ink, Pack of 24 (S0110850)

What can I say good quality product my 2nd purchase and all good….

All 4 boxes of Waterman fountain pen cartridges arrived completely destroyed. When I opened the packaging the name “Waterman” was illegible due to the ink cartridges leaking. Clearly it had been crushed in transit as the packaging provided no cushioning or protection at all. The ink cartridges bled out a lot of their ink onto the Waterman boxes. Being totally out of cartridges, I ordered from Waterman as Scriveiner (my fountain pen manufacturer) had specifically listed them as high quality and one of the companies they suggested using in their pens. To say I am disappointed is an understatement. I have received cartridges from other companies in the past and never had this problem. I strongly suggest that Waterman please cushion their ink cartridges when packaging them for delivery. It would go a long way to help prevent the disaster I experienced upon opening the ink stained package to discover all of the product had been damaged and found to be leaking out of their container onto the package and staining my hands. An unfortunate but avoidable error. I now have 4 useless boxes of intense black ink cartridges and fountain pens in need of cartridges.

My husband only uses Waterman's ink refills. He was very thrilled to purchase these cartridges at this price. This is a very good value for the dollar you spend!

Works well

I took a chance on ordering these refills as others in the past had arrived with dried up ink. These cartridges have and continue to exceed my expectations. I will purchase again.
