Q: One of the 4 straps got lost during a ride, can you send a replacement strap?

That happened to me as well. The straps don't grip very well.

Q: I need a bag that 41cm when it is closed would it be the 20ltr or the 30ltr

Scroll to the bottom of the page listing on Amazon Liam and the measurements of each bag are there 🤷🏼♂️ The bags have a collar that folds over multiple times and then clips closed to make a waterproof seal. Brilliant system and I’m so glad I had it for camping trip to NC500. I have a 30L and 2x20L and it was a godsend. You won’t be disappointed.
