I now ONLY buy stainless steel sheet pans (full, half, quarter), as you can put them in the dishwasher and they will stay shiny (unlike aluminum pans) "forever." (You can also easily scrub them clean in the sink. Even burned-on olive oil comes off with a soak/scrub). These are heavy-weight and will not buckle or tarnish. Buy with confidence.

I originally bought these to use as plates (for fun). Turns out they’re a little heavy for that purpose, but they’ve been great for taking things to and from the grill, holding burger vegetables, plating cookies, and everything else. They wash just fine in the dishwasher and they DON’T tarnish, rust, or otherwise lose their shine.

These are a great value and seem to be very high quality. We have had them for a few weeks and they are easy to clean & the perfect size!
