Keylite CP2001 alternative black out blind
Excellent blind.I actually got my blind for a Keylite window but was actually sized for a velux so both measurements the same.It fitted 100% with no issues .Just be sure to measure the inside of the frame near the closest to you to match the manufacturers measurements.It blacks out the room as stated .As for the product review that the blind does not close .There is 2 tensioner strings that are come with the blind ,if these are not hooked in at the bottom it will not lock were you stop were you want it.Very good quality for the price .I already have a keylite blind in which was was over £100 this was less than £50 and is of equal quality if not better.

Good value
We purchased this blind for the loft window, cannot comment on how easy it is to install as building work delayed so not done. But having said that it looks easy enough to do and seems to be well made and looks the part, good value for money

Fiddly but fantastic
A bit of patience, a few choice words, and this bad boy was installed. It's fairly straightforward, blocks out all the light, and works a treat. Very happy. Highly recommend.

Great value, not as well made as the Velux original
Given the price, this is a good product. It’s about half the cost of the Velux OEM version. It’s clearly made of cheaper components and the fit, whilstAcceptable is not perfect - a small amount of light enters at the top And bottom of the blind and the top cassette is about 2mm narrower than the velux version meaning there is a very tiny gap. On balance however, I would recommend it given the low cost. To early to report on dormant as only been up a week.

Perfect Fit
Fitted perfectly for our Velux frame. A little fiddly to fit as our window was quite high and needed 2 people but fairly straightforward after reading instructions a few times. Looks great and works well. We got an extension pole to help with opening and closing he blind at height.

Poor quality, avoid
Really poor quality blind, failed within 5 years of installation. The fabric has always snagged slightly and the blind can't be opened smoothly. Now gone to close it for the first time in a few weeks and it's totally jammed. Suggest buying a different brand. Fitted less than 5yrs ago in a room where it has been used lightly.
