Martor 109137.02 Combi Polycarbonate Safety Cutter/Knife

Form: These are great safety knives that our manufacturing plant purchased to replace fixed blade knives that were causing a safety concern. All of our operators were happy with the easy to hold, ergonomic design. The knives are equipped with a built-in screw device that allows the operator to replace the blade. The blade is a typical rectangular shaped razor blade that can be purchased from Martor on Amazon or likely any hardware store.Fit: These knives are slim and easy to hold for any size hand. They are easy to grip and worked well for our tape cutting process.Function: These knives work really well for boxing and packaging with tape. Our manufacturing process requires each of these to make 500 or more cuts each day. The safety extension that covers the blades make these a safe tool for any use. The knife has a built in marking indicator on the reverse side that allows for quick indicating on most any surface.Further: We purchased about 50 of these knives and plan to continue to use them in our plant. The great thing about these knives is that you can replace the blades over and over much like with a box cutter.

I use this knife everyday! A year and a half later, it's still going strong! Great for left handers in comparision to the Red Martor Hook Knife! I love this handy knife!

Would have been nice to receive a few extra blades with it.

I love this knife, I got this for a friend in my job. I know she'll love it because I shore do and I think I'm going to get one for my self.

It is not a heavy duty tool. It cuts only at specific angles . Plastic gets wedged in and prevents further cutting. I’m not happy with this tool. The pick point is not pointy enough for thick plastic. For $20 , I expected a sturdier and messy free tool.
