Q: Is this product BPA free?

It doesn't state it in the description of item but I bought it for my child for her 5th birthday and I know it's safe because she plays with it all the time still

Hi，please shake BBQ and suck air inside as the video show. Then wait a sec until the water sits for awhile, the steam will come out.

Q: We put water in the tank but there is no smoke coming out. The lights are working. Am I missing something?

There is a sponge in the oven. Only the sponge absorbs enough water can the oven come out the steam. You can try to inject more water and shake it so that the sponge can fully absorb water. Then you turn on the switch and wait about 2-3 mins. The steam will come out soon.
