The small medium fits me well. I'm 5ft 10 inches and weigh 165lbs. The pants baggy but allows breathing and good range of motion. I bought this for a long cycling trip. It's super light and will pack in a little space. Better than my Cannondale rain gear that leaks after 1/2 hour in rain. Price great for these. Now if it would only rain!

Good for the money
My second set because the seat of the pants wear away but 100% water proof even in a heavy rainstorm. I wear mine all the time as they are awesome wind breakers even in the winter.
