Awesome little pump
Works great. Stays on our funwater paddle board without having to hold it and inflates in about 7 minutes. Turns off automatically at preset psi.

Pumps to precise PSI, long cord, quiet operation
Why did you pick this product vs others?:I am not sure of this pump's durability because I have only used it a few times, but it has worked perfectly for my 3-chamber hard-bottom kayak with HR valves. I was able to get all 3 chambers to the exact PSI I needed without a hand pump to top off like I normally would. Extra long cord, large backlit LED display indicating PSI, and works relatively quietly. Great Product Sevylor!

Not so great
It came incomplete. And the product doesn’t work. The packaging was damaged as if it were opened then taped shut during transport. There were parts missing too. I wouldn’t recommend this product at all.

Pump Plus Silcone Tape Equals Success
Having an inflatable SUP, I have been on the hunt to find a pump that will do most of the heavy lifting of getting my board inflated. My board is a Jimmy Lewis and is rated up to 25 psi but works best with at least 18 psi. So you can image how much fun I have been having with the standard SUP pump getting the board filled. I have been researching all the options. Currently it seems there is an unmet need for a high pressure electric pump that costs around 100 bucks or less. I find it hard to justify to spending another 200 bucks for manual kpump or pimp high-end two stage electric.Like all the other reviews, I found the pump itself decent. And like everyone has said the hose is questionable. On the first testing I had the pump going for about 5 minutes from car lighter outlet. The board inflated well up to about 7psi then the hose started leaking air heavily and spitting glue out the side. At this point it was obvious that getting up to even 10psi was not possible. I almost decided to request a return right then and there.Other reviews opted to send the whole unit back in hopes for a better built hose, but I choose to find a solution to the hose issue. For another 10 bucks I purchased silicone tape, specifically rescue tape. This stuff has a rating of holding very high pressure (100+ psi).Wrapping the leaking valve end with silicone tape made a huge difference and stopped the air leak completely. Testing inflation of the board again this time went right past 7 psi and up to 13 psi with no air leaks. I ran my battery down without the motor on.. woops. Next time I am sure I will get it up to at least 14psi. If you get a leaking hose like me just add rescue tape to this area. Silicone tape is amazing.. check out youtube to see how its applied and what else you can do with it. I still have plenty leftover to patch or reinforce the questionable hose as needed.Ok.. so I only get to 14-15 psi with this thing.. Still this beats going to 17-18 psi totally manual. And to boot still costs less than 100 bucks.I hope other folks find this helpful and save them some paddle time.Other notes:Your lighter outlet needs to be rated at 15 amps or better.May also get a kpump 220 for travel.Update July 2016: This thing still keeps on going.. The hose has held up well, as I am careful not to squash it when moving my paddle gear around.. This pump also came with an extra hose to specifically for lower pressure items like floaty toys. I have to say this thing blows up floats and rafts in no time. It is sooo much better with a pump. Also works very well for blowing up an inflatable mattress. With all the inluded adaptors, this leads to many possibilities. On thing to note is that at higher elevations (6k+), the pump struggles a bit for high pressure and may require to run the pump for longer than 10 minutes. I am somewhat worried that the unit will overheat or I may be killing my car battery, so I try not run it any longer than this without rest. I also think that with higher elevations a bit less air is required to get optimum inflation.

Works great for SUP and dinghy
It has worked very well for us and we bought a second that works just as well (the first was accidentally exposed to a little salt water...still works, just rusty and likely a bit of a liability, but still on board as a backup.)The hose is a little flimsy, but as long as you aren't too rough, it will last years. Also note that the adapter that goes in the cigarette lighter does get quite hot so just be careful where you place the adapter when you unplug it. This is one of the few pumps that can use a cigarette lighter port and still pump up a SUP to 15 PSI (most require you to put clamps directly on the battery) so I'm OK with the tradeoff. While it's not perfect and I can't give it 4.5 stars, I think it deservers 5 instead of 4. This is a very reliable product we've used for a few years in a saltwater environment.

Save your back, buy this! With a caveat, step inside for details
1st test: 2300' above sea level........Excellent alternative to pumping up isups by hand! I've used this on two different boards in the garage to test and I can report it works fantastic! The convenience of being able to set a predetermined pressure and then go off and continue to prep for the day is awesome! This pump inflated my tower adventure 10 foot board in 7 minutes and 27 seconds from start to finish. It inflated our 11 foot Goplus board in a little under 9 minutes. It seems they have repaired the hose it's reinforced and does not seem to be an issue at all it mates up with both of our valves just fine. I do recommend having your vehicle running and all of your other accessories turned off this does pull a pretty good load on the electrical system have your vehicle.2nd test 1000' above sea level......about the same as 2300' but maybe a bit quicker if pressed3rd test 6500' above sea level: Mighty Lake Tahoe! Yes the gem of the Sierra proved to be a bit much for this pump. The pump was taking a very long time to get any substantial air pressure in my 11' board. As a matter of fact I completely pumped up my 10 footer by hand and continued to crap things for the day and by the time that was all done the sevylor pump only had eight PSI in the 11 foot board. I let it run for another 5 minutes and it was really struggling to reach 10 psi. I finally shut it down and finished by hand. The star rating stands at 5 stars because an elevation of 6500' is an extreme test for any electric pump. The amount of trouble and time this saved me on this last trip was very worth the $45!

Would not buy again
I only used this pump 4x and it died. When I did use it. It pumped up my paddleboard great.
