After a year of pain in my wrist from sever arthritis and nothing much can be done;, trying over the counter rubs and prescription rubs nothing really worked. I use this for all kinds of aches and pains, has a powerful smell, I like it better than the way ben gay smells and it woks better. Takes a while to get because it does come from China, but it is worth the wait so order two bottles at a time. Also, a little goes a long way so do not be fooled as it will take a few minutes to sink in, but it does help. Remember it will not fix anything broken , but sure dose feel good on a back ache or arthritis.
