when painting sides (vertical) does this tend to run before setup?

Depending on temperature it can sag, that being said it works best in warmer weather 70-80 degrees low humidity. If used with a low nap roller or foam roller in thinner coats it won't. If ypu do get a sag or run you have time before it hardens to re tip it with a brush.
