Does the job, reasonable price
Easy to use and effective, plenty powerful for deck and sidewalk cleaning

You won't be disappointed!
Exceptional. Easy setup - push button start. A YouTube product reviewer did an actual continuous pressure test (they all lie on the box...), and with the smallest orifice nozzle it put out a continuous 2,700 psi which is a far smaller lie than its leading competitors (most are nearly 1,000psi less than what they claim).I do recommend upgrading the hose to a 50' flexzilla. You'll be very happy with this product.

Nice features! Cleans OK for the price.
Better piece of equipment than the Sun Joe that went belly up after only three years of use. Really like how the washer cord rolls up and it's easy to move around. Problem: it trips my circuit breaker (spec house crummy electrical system) some of the time. Not enough to return it but occasionally irritating. Cleans OK for the price -- two car driveway, deck and courtyard once a year. Any more and I'd be looking for a beefier pressure washer.

Short hose, but so far, a very solid and reasonably priced unit.
I wrote a 2-star review in a state of great impatience. Here's an update.Recently bought a massive 100ft-each hose and extension cord to offset the short on-reel hose that comes with this pressure washer, and in sustained use, it maintained a steady output for 5 hours straight, without overheating or fading. It was hardly a torture test, but it has changed my opinion.I think this is a good choice for moderate household work. I don't get the impression that it would tolerate a lot of abuse the way a gasoline unit might, and it certainly doesn't match their PSI/GPM output, but it's quiet(er), provides adequate strength for most residential jobs, is a lot lighter, and is priced well below quality gas units, which kind of makes an ICE engine overkill for most people looking to clean their property, especially for folks who might be daunted by the idea of having to deadlift a small engine block to get it over unrollable areas or into a vehicle. The "bonus" turbo nozzle is a nice feature, it's good for spot cleaning while not being uncomfortably intense (won't strip paint off a car or skin a bare foot, at smart distances), but for large areas an orbital attachment would be a wise investment; the Greenworks proprietary, called a "Surface Cleaner", is probably the only one I'd recommend throwing on, because using a heavy orbital designed for gas engines seemed under-driven by this unit's output, and its weight seemed an unhealthy fit for this wand, which is... well, kind of dainty. While I still feel that the hose reel is too short, and results in the constant pain of carefully repositioning the unit so as to keep ambient water buildup comfortably far from the 25ft-distant plug, it does make storage and transport a rather tidy affair, and sort of justifies the feature on its own, not to mention in light of the price point.Overall, this is a solid investment for the typical homeowner looking to take the matter of exterior cleaning into their own hands.

This is a BEAST!
Female reviewer and user here: After failing to get my sisters gas powered & heavy power washer to start again…. I decided to go electric! Did not want to fool with gas, oil, choke or pulling the cord multiple times to get it started I decided to try an electric power washer as I have borrowed a friends lower powered stand up power washer and it was so so. I did some homework on which brand to buy & decided on the greenworks brand. I chose this model as it has a low center of gravity “tank” style if you will, so it won’t tip over like my friends electric washer did constantly. THIS LITTLE BEAST did not disappoint!!! It was easy to walk it up my stairs with the wheels and handle. I ran this thing for 7 solid hours & it was a trooper! I kept the unit under an umbrella for shade. It has a selection of different degrees of sprayers you can choose from. It was so easy to take out of the box, put the handle together and get going to work. It’s easy to move from one location to the other. I had no problems with the length of the power cord or the length of the hose that attaches the sprayer. Putting it away was so easy! You disconnect the sprayer part and it has a little reel that you wind up the cord! No more fighting with those stiff ridged style power washers. There is a loop to secure the power cord and a pocket to put the cord in. So easy to disassemble & store! It had been over 10 years since we cleaned the deck so it was a thick mess and as you can see in my photo, it was no problem for this power washer. Highly recommend this machine! Can’t beat the price either!! I can’t wait to get it back out and clean more stuff!

This pressure washer is junk!
Washer failed during the first 15 minutes of use. Followed all instructions about getting air out of the system, making sure the water supply to the unit was adequate (short supply hose), making sure nozzles were clear, etc. Worked fine for the first 5 minutes, then started intermittently stopping and starting, then coughing and sputtering, finally stopping altogether. Pump made a lot of noise during this decline. even at the end when it was not pumping water at all. This was right out of the box - no soap, no turbo-nozzle, no fancy stuff. I just didn't want to spend my time troubleshooting this junk; I returned it right away and bought a different brand with similar capabilities. This one works fine! The only good thing I can say about the Greenworks is that it has a nice reel to wind up the pressure hose. Most other brands make you roll it up separately and hang it on the unit or store separately.Amazon made the return easy and free; according to Greenworks, the buyer must pay for return shipping (43 lbs.), but Amazon sent me a shipping label and paid everything! Thanks, Amazon.
