I like the fast shipping and the bok is in great shape.

This is so great to be able to have my book with me all the time. It's kind of hard to lug a big book around. I have no room in my purse. This fit in my Kindle, and my Kindle in purse, ready to go!

I needed a little extra push when starting the OA program, and this did the trick; having this nearby when feeling hopeless helped me get through the initial misgivings I had. The stories contained within help to give me strength and hope when all else seems to let me down.

Gives stories of recovery and how the program works. First book written by the group for their members. Must read if struggling with an eating disorder.

I cannot attend the meetings for reasons I cannot say, but without those meetings the book does no good. A shame! Losing weight anyway. But not in control of the problem.

The 12 steps work when you apply them. My friend was very happy. One day at a time!
