The pros:Good for gaining massDoesn't make me sick or gassyThe cons:Only mixes well in a blender (shaker cup results in chunks galore)Feels like drinking sandTaste literally makes me gagTaste cannot be salvaged by making a smoothie with fruits and milkI will be pawning this off on the first person who wants it. I was looking for an alternative to Optimum Nutrition's Serious Mass, but this is definitely not it.

Very good

This stuff gives you high energy and really helps build muscle.I would recommend this product to anyone trying to bulk up. The only thing i dont like is the suggested serving size. It says two put two scoops(which are huge) in 16oz which makes it really thick.I just use less but that also means im not getting all the protein and supplements in one serving.

My son likes this when he works out regularly.
