Understand the first impression that the tap may seem a bit pricey. Since the March 2020 lockdown with more time being spent at home, and with working from home becoming the norm for a lot of us, you should seriously consider having one installed. Once you have tried it, there is no way back. It is so convenient with instant filtered boiling water. I didn’t have built-in filter, just a filter jug. If anyone at home forgot to refill the jug, not only I have to wait for the kettle to boil but for water to be filtered too. My annual cost of replacing the filter for the jug was about £70-80, so it is actually quite similar to the current cost of a filter for the tap which would last for around a year. Also think about the number of used jug filter you have to dispose of each year, and the number of time you have to go through the trouble of changing a jug filter.With a 20 years warranty on the water tank, it does not only offer you a peace of mind, it also means its price is actually quite reasonable over its long useful life.Installation is quite easy and straight forward with the clear step-by-step guide. Be mindful of the water tank even though it is not huge, it does take up some space.Now we boiling water at our finger tips, and with the quality of the tap itself, I have no regret in buying the product.The only concern we have is we are living in a "Very Hard" water area, so with the 100C hot water function I am not sure if limescale will be building up and blocking the tap/pipe. Time will tell.

The heater and the faucet were very simple to install. The only part you might need is a fitting to connect to your water supply. In my case I already had an under sink water filter that easily connected to the heater sistem.The quality of the product is very high. I really like tank and the faucet is high qualityThe water gets heated quickly and very quietly. I was afraid the tank would be loud but it's not an issue.

The convenience of on tap boiling and filtered water. This is an excellent product, well made, solid, it feels and looks quality. Easy to install from the enclosed instructions, although, I confess, my father is a retired plumber and acted as foreman on this project. Really pleased with this. It is incredibly convenient, does not generate a lot of noise, and the results are very good.
