Beautiful and fun bike
My boy enjoys this sharp looking and fun to ride bike. It will ladt him a long time given the sizing for BMX bikes and he started young for this one.

Still the best BMX
Diamondback has always made the best, most robust, and lightest BMX bikes. I've been wanting to get my son a BMX bike for a while now. As I competed as a young kid and teen. It's sad that Diamondback with all the other greats no longer make BMX bikes.I was very happy to find this one. And given the price point It is far better than most of bikes than anyone I have inside the $1000 price range.10 Stars!

Bike is 2 yrs old and still going strong
My 13yr old is still using this bike after 2 yrs of use. He doesn’t do tricks or anything like that but has had a few nasty falls that would have probably destroyed the cheaper Walmart bikes he had before. Recommend having professional or someone who knows what they are doing assemble the bike. The brakes had to be adjusted quite a bit and everything had to be readjusted. It took assembler about an hour and he said it wasn’t the easiest bike to put together but is quality parts. Also my kid didn’t like how low the handle bars were so purchased a bike stem extender $15 and that solved the problem. Purchased new handle bar grips after a yr - the existing ones turned gross from the heat and melted $7. Also just added new tires and chain to bike this month and it looks great. Will easily last until high school

Great bike, especially for a beginner or novice
Bike seems small even compared to the 20"s I rode as a kid. This bike measures up to more performance-oriented ($$$) options. The slightly greater weight makes it easier for beginners to balance. Great for small children and adjustable as they grow. The lack of a front brake is an advantage for beginning riders, as you don't have to worry about them making a rookie mistake and going over the handle bars. The pics don't indicate it, I don't think, but mine came with a chain guard, so you don't need to order one separately (or at least I didn't). I think it came with all the tools for assembly. Very happy with the purchase

Great bike for young BMX kids!
I bought this bike for my 8yr old and it is a great size jump from his 16" BMX bike. Shipping took about 1 1/2 weeks, and even though the shipping box had a little damage, the bike was protected well and arrived without any damage. The assembly was easy for anyone who's ever worked on a bike before and we were up and running in about 20 minutes. The quality really impressed me with solid components and a quality frame. This bike is easily comparable to the lower end Redline BMX bikes in the $200-250 range, so I feel like we got a great deal at about $130. Hopefully they continue to make this bike available for those wanting a good transition bike from a smaller coaster brake style to a free wheel/hand brake style BMX bike before having to drop over $200-300 bucks for a more advanced rider. Would definitely recommend this bike!
