Great option for gf chapatti
I’ve been using this product for a year now and although it takes a few goes to get the hang of it, I can now make stuffed chapattis and rotis with no issues. Use a little oil and salt to help bind them add water as per usual. They even puff up on the hob as they should! There was an Issue with the carrier for delivery on my last order, they put it in a bush somewhere and didn’t tell me where, but the company refunded me with no problems and were very apologetic and polite about the whole thing.

Gluten Free
As a asian person I was so happy finally I could make gleten free chapptis'. Very disappointed, the flour would not bind, I tried to add another component, the chappti just kept breaking. For the amount money they are charged they clearly have not tested their product!

If in gluten free diet you cannot eat chappattis with normal atta this is a perfect gf alternative
