Q: Can I run 2 separate vacuums with one app, one upstairs and one down?

I asked this question, and now will answer for everyone else. So far, it is working. I down loaded the app, and set each one up separately, and programmed each one separately. It is working great.

Q: How do you connect to Alexa?

The easiest way I found to connect to Alexa. Step 1) Download Smart Life App Step 2) Add device > Small Appliances > Cleaners (Vacuum - (WIFI)) Step 3) Change from EZ Mode (Top right) to AP Mode. Step 3a) To put Vacuum (K2 version) into AP Mode: Push and Hold power button 3 seconds, you will hear a beep. Continue holding power button another 3 seconds (6 total) you will hear 2 beeps. Step 4) Follow app instructions (will tell you to connect to Smart-Life Hotspot on phone/tablet wifi settings) Step 5) Vacuum is now connected to Smart Life app. Step 6) Enable Smart Life skill on Alexa (link Smart Life account) Step 7) On Alexa, add device, it should automatically discover the new device. Step 8) Name your vacuum something and tell Alexa to Start / Turn On "device name" (Stop / Turn Off "device name" to return home) Best of luck!

Q: how do you put the battery in the remote control?

It's a birch to open. I used a box cutter to gradually wedge the cover off the remote. I put in Energizer batteries as those cheap ones would fail sooner, and I'd have to fight with the cover again.

Si pero no te la recomiendo, el servicio de atención al cliente es malísimo, yo compre dos maquinas y cuando hacia las preguntas parecia que me estaban tomando para la broma. Me pidieron que envie videos, mil preguntas y no me dieron una solucion
