No competitor.....
After playing various types of strings like daddario, gibson, elixir, earthwood, I found "Martin" 11 gauge strings is best for my Yamaha acoustic guitar. That's all. I don't know it's rust resistant pr not because it is new installed. Obviously value for money. No pain in finger tip. It will fit any 41 inch acoustic guitar. Bliss of solitude by playing those strings. Just listen and feel.

wonderful twangy sound and not that brittle honestly.. absolutely gorgeous sound, much better than the d'adario's I'm used to. pretty much the same price so will always get these going forward.

Made in Mexico. Quality. Punchy & balanced tone. Low bass.
Punchy kinda tone; As they mentioned on the packet-"More body & more projection". Quality strings. Made in Mexico. Bassy feeling is missing. Haven't use it long enough to say about the durability but feels like it will last much longer.✌🏽

D'addario users will be disappointed
I have used Daddario 80|20 for last couple years. Gave this one a shot. Obviously isn't worth it. Sound is way duller, doesn't feel like new string. Even the corrsed strings offered higher volume.

String issue
Overall the string sounded good.... Although the 6th string was quite dull in comparison to other strings. May be it might have been exposed to the air.
