Could these be used on outside house render without damage?

Would these stick tinsel to my radiator cover?

I would think so, if you get a decent bit of tinsel on the glue.

What size are the actual dots? Im after 2mm

They are larger than that, more like 4mm. Also they often distort in size and shape when being peeled off.

Are these dots reusable ?.....
