Q: How do you remove cover over coils to clean after use?

Place your fingernail or a small knife blade under that little "finger" on the underside of the Epilady. Pry it up very gently and it should come right out. It's rather like a small battery compartment cover. Anyway, it goes back together easily. Just be gentle with it since the plastic isn't very thick.

Q: Is this an electric or battery operated??

This is battery operated. However, I didn't have much luck using it. It didn't seem to grab my "mustache" hairs at all. I ended up giving it away to AmVets. I have yet to find a good facial epilator.

Q: Every time i use it, and i prefer it takes off the peach fuzz, it has black oil stuff that gets on your skin, i have tried to clean coil, doesn't help

I had the same problem after about six months of light use. Shortly after, the coil completely failed. Returned it to the store I bought it from.

You can't. They say in the brochure to call a certain number to get a return ticket, but they never answered me. Sorry looks like your stuck!
