TruLam Transparency Film for Laser Printers - 4 mil - Letter Size - No stripe - 50 pack

These transparencies work GREAT on a Brother HL-2140 laser printer! Printing a picture won't work, but that's not what I'm doing. I'm printing line art drawings on the transparency that I'm going to colorize using glass paint. Then I'll hang them in the long window over my sink in the kitchen like stained glass art. I don't know yet if the glass paint will work, but I now know that the first step -- getting the line art onto a transparency -- works GREAT. I'm also going to try creating "stained glass" outlines of my favorite pictures and put them on transparencies too. I'm printing the line art from a PDF. Other line art is coming from adult coloring books and actual stained glass patterns. I am so excited that these transparencies work to print the line art. Just feed your sheets in one at a time through the single feed slot and you're ready to begin a great art adventure!

Love the quality and the amount you receive for the price. They are a little thinner than other sheets I’ve used before but worked well to make these floating ornaments.

Creating signage with backlit windows, this works decent. The color is a bit pale, but doubling up on the sheets helps (printer limitation). The color is precise, no bleeding of any sort with this printer, and its truly transparent - no cloudiness. Make sure to adjust your print settings paper source to "Color Laser Transparency".

My HP Laserjet M452 loves these... Set to "color laser transparency" and go. Only issue (and this may just be the nature of transparency film) is you must feed each sheet one at a time, you cannot put a stack in your paper tray and go because they stick together, and the printer will pull 2-5 sheets at once and also jam. Fantastic value compared to local office store pricing and they work just fine.

I used these in my Oki printer and had it happen only a couple of times that the film wouldn't feed properly. I simply had to open the drawer, lay the film flat again, and kept on trucking. Despite the paper jam error, the film had just curled and not fed through, no film was wasted by being folded or crinkled in a jam. I am very happy with the the quality of the product and especially the price!

We used for an overhead projector and it worked great! The transparency paper printed on a regular inkjet printer, then we placed it on the projector to make decorations for our Mardi Gras ball. The ink adhered well, and we had no problems.

Didn't know when I bought these if they would work for my purpose. I use them to cut clear shapes on my greeting cards to give the illusion that the image is floating. The dies I use are thin steel dies and wasn't sure if the dies would cut this material well. I was extremely happy with the results. The supply in this one package will last me a long time so the value is fabulous.

I have purchased this brand several times because they are very good quality, come in larger quantity than thicker films, and are less expensive than thicker films. They work great.
