All in one data monitoring
This is my go-to device for monitoring data comms. Driver install went well. Wish it came with additional jumpers but overall very nice.

Great item, get the v3
Great item, get the v3.6 cable (NOT v4, it is not compatible). Wish the instructions were a little more clear but still not bad. Tons of opensource 3d cases.

This is great tool if you need to quickly do something serial
This is great tool if you need to quickly do something serial, I2C, SPI or LCD. I've even used this a four channel 100khz logic analyzer. Has built in power and is a great help in the home lab.

Arrived DOA
BLUF: Windows will not recognize it, drivers and documentation suck. UDROID with Linux won't see it either.I was so excited to get this Bus Pirate and start hacking my WeMo power outlet. I first wanted to pull the original flash contents off the WeMo in case I jack something up. So I bought this Bus Pirate to read directly from the chip and copy the flash contents before I start messing with it. But Windows doesn't recognize the device. It's like someone forgot to program the USB chip. The online documentation isn't very good for troubleshooting, at least not for this case. It's possible it just needs to be flashed, but the documentation sucks.

Great Stuff!
I could not have developed my hardware and firmware without it and does not cost a bundle. Great!
