Support was useless as well
Took several months to arrive and very difficult to install, I ended up just giving up. Support was useless as well. Would not recommend.

Product is nice quality. Thank goodness we are handy, had to drill extra holes to fit the studs, they weren't placed where stated. Also directions in the box were the wrong ones so we had to wing it.

Look elsewhere
Pre-drilled holes in steel are oddly placed, not 16" on center to match studs. Very difficult to re-drill. Also they should be embarrassed to provide the enclosed instructions. Just poor photo, no writing, and all metric.
