Hot water started to run very weak
The media could not be loaded. Update 4/3/23: I raised my review from one star to 4 stars because it was all due to the washers in the included lines which are probably only 50 cents to replace, but replace them before you install not after! They are the only weakness in this faucet, otherwise it's solid metal and well made. So, to follow up, I took it apart again, and found that the cartridge was able to be taken out by turning the metal ring with a pair of needle nose pliers, by bracing the tips against two of the metal prongs. It was quite easy once I figured it out and the cartridge just lifts out. Tree There were a lot of small black pieces of rubber stuck in the hot water inlet that failed to move when I flushed it before. I believe they came from the water line washer which was torn up a lot and misshapened when I replaced the original water lines previously. The lines themselves were fine, but I had purchased new shorter ones and still have the old ones, they didn't seem to be deteriorating at all. It is working well now, but it took a while to get it right. The faucet itself works well and I like how it looks, so all's well.Original review: This was fairly easy to install - had to make the hole larger with dremel and grinding tip. I purchased in November, and it worked well, until about a week ago. Hot water gradually stopped flowing. The video isn't really clear because I didn't include the direction of the handle, but the first few seconds are in the center between hot and cold, then cold only, then over to hot. Hot is almost a trickle. I read a review that said something along the lines of the included water lines were falling apart inside. So, I thought possibly there was debris in the faucet and that could be my issue. I bought new lines and disassembled the faucet, flushed it out in reverse, reassembled, and I'm still having the same problem. Tried to disassemble the top end where the cartridge is, but it didn't look user serviceable, and I didn't want to damage it. I'd return it but it's past the 30 days. I'll probably attempt to remove the cartridge when I have more time to see if there's something stuck behind it, but it's looking like I wasted my money.

Water flow
I replaced 3 faucets in the house and this one is, by far, the best one. It sits a little higher for a bathroom sink, which I like. I don't know how, but the water flow out of this faucet is like an elephant bath. I love it. It must have a slightly larger opening because there is no difference in overall house water pressure, but this thing has serious flow.

Customer service eventually addressed my problem
I purchased this faucet for my travel trailer. Looks great.......all metal. I have installed many residential faucets in my life. When working on travel trailer faucet space is tight. As one review mentioned you may need a coupling not supplied but that is what you run into when replumbing a faucet. My frustration is that I am experiencing a leak. It appears to be occurring where you screw the supple water lines into the faucet . I did a leak test prior to going camping and did not experience a leak. But once camping I ran significantly more water the leak became apparent. Upon returning home from camping I removed the faucet and removed cold water line....one of the rubber o rings seemed worn so I replaced and added some plumbers grease and reinstalled. I have yet to leak test it.In my original post I was expressing frustration with communication with customer service. I think maybe it is a language barrier. They have since reached out and did make a couple suggestions to help me troubleshoot my leak. They also are sending me a new faucet. I do appreciate them sending me a new one without me even asking. Because of this I changed my review from a 2 to 5 star. Bottom line if you reach out to them continue to reply to their responses until someone is able to help you address your issue.

Nice Faucet, But Terrible Supply Lines
Brushed Nickel Bathroom Sink Faucet NICTIE - The faucet seemed very sturdy, operated smoothly, and installed fairly easily. However, the braided supply lines were horrible. They were very stiff, which made straightening them out almost impossible, which made it hard to thread them into the holes way up inside the faucet. Then when they were installed, when I tried to bend them to make a loop to take up excess length, they just kinked. I finally managed to get them installed by rotating the shutoff valves so I could route them without bending the lines very much. Again - just plain horrible lines. You'd be well advised to buy another set of flexible lines before trying to install this faucet.

Water intake line issue
First off let me say this is a very nice faucet for the price it’s offered at.Today I installed the faucet, and after several attempts of failing to get full cold water pressure to come out of the faucet, we realized the pre-installed lines were the issue. The cold intake line is damaged from the manufacture it will not allow full water pressure to come through at all. The hot water line works fine. I had to install this as the previous faucet broke and I had no back up to use.
