Q: Are the curtains color tone matte/ opaque or are them more kinda shiny? Are they black out? would they work on a window whose size is 86.6 x 91?

They are a little on the shiny side, they keep the heat out pretty good but not totally room darking and for your size window I’d go with 3 or 4 panels.

Q: What is the overall width of the two panels together?

Well each panel is 52 inches totalling 104 inches across the top. This fits a standard double glass sliding doors. Its 84 inches long which was too long so i had to hem the bottom with that iron on hem stricker but with a rag between the iron and curtains so i didnt burn the curtain. They are very pretty and good quality. These do not darken the room but does help block the heat from the sun.
