Glue would not go off and not stick

Where's the glue?
There is no instructions with this at all and nothing on you tube or anywhere else so how on earth am I suppose to use this and where is the glue? There is only a white brush when you take the top off. I thought there was glue with this? ÂŁ14 for a paint brush I think I need to return this. Well I fiddled around with it then I found out you have to twist the other end to get some glue out but this should have been explained on the packet or description. Also it seems a hell of a lot of money for a thin pen with glue in it.

Tip just goes hard after use, very expensive touch up, cheaper to buy the small glue bottle
