Does it have an sdi jack?

No, only HDMI on the UX-90. The UX-180 has SDI, but it's not 6G, so it's not 4k so it may not be worth it. You can always buy a converter for the UX-90 if you need SDI.

How does the auto focus work?

The auto focus works really well, and is fully adjustable.

Does this item come with a manufacturer warranty?

Probably but not sure...my son bought it and moved to Europe with it. all I can say is he uses it often for his job and has had no problems with it!

Is this the ntsc version and not the pal version?

I returned this camera. It was not a 4K version.
