Love Amnesia Stories
What do you do when you like a book, in this case books, from the word go? You just read them as fast as you can, because you canât get enough of it! And thatâs what happened to me, so much so, that after reading the soft copies, I ordered the hard copies, for keepsakes. This M&B Trilogy, 'Brides of L'Amour' by [author:Lynne Graham|49378] consists of the following books:1. The Frenchman's Love-Child (Mills & Boon Modern) (Brides of L'Amour Book 1) 2. The Italian Boss's Mistress (Mills & Boon Modern) 3. The Banker's Convenient Wife (Mills & Boon Modern) (Brides of L'Amour Book 3) This series is about four childhood friends, Tabby, Pippa, Hilary, and Jen who went their separate ways when tragedy struck one fine French day (the books are about them, in that order, except the fourth one who has vanished from the face of the Earth. Planning on a romantic suspense, Harlequin?)This series had me in splits!I know M&B storylines are sometimes outlandish, but this was way over-the-top, the way they met, and met again, and went forward from there. But, I do love an amnesia story, so everything elseâs forgiven. During Roelâs amnesiac phase, I loved his domineering nature, (and I am not telling you why. Go figure it out for yourself!) and Hilary is the proverbial Chatty Cathy.Laughed my head off when the doctor imagines Roelâs reaction to seeing Hilary in the flesh for the first time after his accident:âThe consultant recalled his patientâs initially appalled reaction to the discovery that he was a married man and hastily suppressed the image of a loving little Christian being thrown to the lions. Hilary Sabatino could well be more resilient than she appeared. She might even be capable of standing firm against the glacial freeze of her billionaire husbandâs despotic and wholly intimidating character ⌠but even if Dr Lerther had been a gambling man, he would not have risked a bet on that outcome.âOriginally posted on:My Blog @ Shaina's Musings

Not one I'll read again
Hilary was too much of a doormat for me. IF my husband Was with a giggling female when I phoned him late at night that would be the signal for me to get out of there. I can't stand weak women or bullying men.

Roel and Hilary
Is was a ok read for me. The H is a selfish womanizer that is forced to marry Hilary, a poor girl, to get his I inheritance, and dumps her as soon as she cash his check. I have noticed that authors are you going way overboard painting the H in a bright and expecting us to believe they loved the h 'll along. I know this is supposed to be fiction but come on!!! My favourite part was when Hilary grows backbone and refuses to give him a second chance! He had to come down from his high horse and actually beg in the madđ

An intoxicating and uplifting love story
The complex personalities and backgrounds of the main protagonists created depth which made the storyline interesting and gripping throughout. The unexpected twist and turns added suspense. the high levels of emotions made the plot enthralling so that you wanted to know how they would attain their positive outcome.

A little bit windy washy
A little bit shallow and not great character development. I finished it but I wouldn't reread it. Lacked those little details that make you anxious to get to the reconciliation. The sex scenes weren't great either. And a few grammar errors.

Loved it
Another excellent story by Lynne Graham. Handsome, rich and arrogant hero. Poor, hard working and thoroughly likeable heroine with a bit of gumption - not your total doormat that some mills and boon heroines can be. Previous reviews have detailed the plot very accurately. It is a good plot that keeps you guessing to the end, I could not put it down and read it in one sitting. This is a keeper and I would recommend .
