Flex tape works nice

Painting - adhesion could be a little better

It works well for most uses but when I was using it to paint a curved line on clear plastic with acrylic paint, the paint bled badly underneath it into the crepe's pattern. Before painting I pressed it onto the plastic very firmly to make sure it was tight against the plastic but after using a brush to paint a line between two pieces of tape. I looked on the other side of the plastic and was very disappointed how badly the paint bled under the edges of the tape. I had to clean all of the paint off, I'll start over using a different type of tape.

Well, this was pretty much a disaster for me. The tape let paint bleed underneath; what a mess. Also, left it overnight and it was so stiff it pulled the base paint off with it. Regular masking tape is far superior on both counts.

Worked perfectly! Surprisingly flexible. Very happy with results. Good quality. Would recommend.

This product worked great for my needs. Painting a large mural with lots of curves and arcs -- this made it so clean and sharp. I wish I would have bought three rolls when I started. When I went back to order it again, the price had increased. It is more expensive than the regular blue tape, but it's really worth it if you are trying to solve for a specific project. Very easy to apply. Just make sure you press down the edges before you begin to paint.

Blue painters tape seems to work just as well.
