AOR Zen Theanine - 60 vcaps

This product put me to sleep the first time I used it, but I didn't sleep through the night and had some strange dreams. Hasn't worked since that first try. Disappointed.

This is a great alternative to medications if you need something to calm you. It really does work, quickly, with no side effects.
