Samsung Galaxy Note 3 Note III N9000 (All Carriers) Premium Leather Pouch Carrying Case With Belt Clip / Belt Loops Holster (Color - Black, Fits Samsung Galaxy Note 3 with a thin cover on) + Stylus Pen

I have spent quite a lot of money over the years purchasing cases for my LG, iPhone, Samsung cell phones. I have used many cases with disappointment. Until now! Here are likely everyone's experience with belt swivel cases: The swivel loosens after a short while and finally comes apart at the swivel pin; the case tears down the side of the belt clip where it enters the outer fake leather; the magnet cover warps to where the magnets no longer hole it closed. Sound familiar?This Reiko case has thus far been far superior to the other cases I have owned. This one does not have a swivel belt clip, but is fastened securely to the case. It has additional closed belt loops (x2) so that in the event the clip should fail, I will still be able to attach to my belt. The case material is "premium leather", however, I am sure has synthetic internal material. Nonetheless, it looks very nice and is holding up nicely (no tears, breaks, or threads coming undone). The magnets and cover are rigid enough that I believe this case cover will last nicely. Has so far.This case fits the Note 3 with protective case installed. The case fits just snuggly enough without me having to hold the case with the other hand to pull the phone out. I am right handed and can remove the phone by lifting the cover with my thumb while grasping the phone with thumb and forefinger. Phone pulls out easily. The belt clip is beveled to easily slip over the belt and hold very firmly.I give this case 5 stars and 6 stars if possible for the low price. Very good case!

This review is for the Black holster. As the product pictures show, each "color" unit is actually a different design of case.This holster holds the Note 3 horizontally. It seems really well designed - high build quality. The inside width of the opening is spec'ed at 0.75 inches or 3/4 inches. This is just about accurate - it may be 1/16" shy of that. I was concerned it may be too deep since the Note 3 is about 1/4 inch thick. But it is fine. The Note 3 slips in fairly easily and rests in place securely. The Note 3 textured back rubs slightly against the leather lining while putting the phone into or removing the phone from the holster but not in any problematic way. The case has "holes" along the bottom edge in each corner and at the center of the phone. These let you push up from below on the phone when removing it. The effect is that it is easy to pull out the phone for use.The flap has a magnetic catch that seems to hold closed securely.The inside surface that is against the phone is a fairly soft leather. It seems to offer very good protection.The belt clasp is nicely stiff and holds securely on a belt. It is compatible with a belt of at least 1.5 inches width. It can help to angle the case while inserting it onto a belt. There are a pair of belt loops one can use instead of the belt clasp - these seem fine although I've not tried them. I just use the clasp.I'm extremely please with this holster.If this review has been helpful please let me know by voting for it.

Mine came exactly as pictured. The inside of the case feel like a suede shoe. It slips in with no wiggle. It looks and feels like real leather, which it might be. What you don't see from the picture is that while the leather wraps around the sides, they are not sewn to the back of the case. There is something like suspender elastic that goes between the sides and the back so that the sides can actually move away from the back when you stick your fingers in there when you pull out your phone.A naked phone will fit, and with a slight amount of pressure my Note 3 with a Spigen Neo Hybrid case will slide in. Others say the OtterBox Commuter fits, and I'd guess that to be true, but it would be a little little snugger than my Spigen Neo Hybrid. Will an OtterBox Defender fit in there? Eh..no, I just tried. Getting it back out would be the problem.It has a magnetic flap that works just right. It has both a belt clip and belt loops on the back. A 1 1/2" belt would work fine. The opening is barely 2", so I don't think a 2" belt would work without working the loop seams really hard, and I would say even a 1 3/4" belt would shorten the life of the case.It is better quality than some $30 cases I've purchased in the mall.

My Note 3 has a Spigen Bounce case (fairly thin) and made of TPU (rubbery) material. It fits into this case VERY tightly even with the elastic sewn into each side. I can't imagine how an Otterbox Defender can fit without being even tighter and harder to pull out. The case has a thin felt type lining which is nice, particularly if you use the phone without a protective case. Pulling my Note 3 out with 2 fingers from the top is darn near impossible. I have to grab the top edge of the phone so hard with my thumb and forefinger, that I almost feel like the Gorilla glass will fracture. In mitigation of this tightness, there is a large opening in the bottom of the leather case which does permit you to use a finger to push the phone up and out of the case (again with difficulty).For those who use the Note 3 without a protective case of any kind, this case, IMO, rates 4.5 stars and merits serious consideration given it's more than reasonable price and decent protection.It does come with a cheap black stylus for the Note 3, but they didn't provide a holder for it somewhere in the case. I would have added 1/2 a star that type of attention to detail. I will keep my case until something better comes along.
