Absolute waste of time
Only gave 1 star, as I couldn't give it a 0. Bought for my son to take soup to school. Didn't keep food warm. Tried it at home & after 90 minutes the food was cold. Accidentally left in the car & it exploded ALL over the car. Took 2 hours to clean up. Wouldn't buy again!

How do I get a refund?
I ordered this so that my child can take hot food for lunch during the day. I put the food in this container piping hot in the morning, just 3 hours later at lunch time, the food is freezing cold. This item is not fit for purpose, the description is wrong or misleading. I would like a refund, because I feel I must have received a faulty product or something

Useless food flask
I bought for my daughters pack lunch as she loves pasta and she kept telling me pasta was cold so i tested it at home and within less than the boiling hot pasta I put in was cold. So it doesn’t keep anything hot as states and definitely wouldn’t recommend this product.

Very durable but when it's time for lunch at school my children have said the food is stone cold and they can't eat it. Very disappointed

Doesn’t keep food hot or even warm. After only 4 hours was stone cold. Sending back for refund.

Looks great however doesn't keep soup or pasta warm for 4 hours while my child is at school. Very disappointing.
