Q: I want to purchase this to store my skincare and hair care products. I'm wondering it if would hold the weight? And how deep is each draw?

I personally would not use this dresser for storing anything except for clothing. The drawers are fabric over cardboard, which isn't made to hold the weight from numerous plastic & glass bottles. It may work for a while, but if anything accidentally opened and spilled, I could see you having a problem & having to replace the drawer(s).

Q: Is it hard to open the drawers when full?

No the drawers slide out very well full. And I love the wood look on the front of them, best value. Very easy to assemble took me 35 minutes I think this is a good deal. At only. $99.00 it's well worth it

i am not sure your physical capacities but it is an easy build. light weight cross bars affixed with screws and wrench provided. straight forward instructions. first one took me 20 mins to build, the next ones 10-15 mins... good luck
