Its Okay...
There was nothing special about this compact make up. It did not give me the coverage I was looking for. It says medium coverage, but I found it to be very sheer and not that great for coverage. Usually I really like Laura Geller make up products, but for me, this Timeless Skin Medium Coverage compact fell far short.

Save your money
I ordered the medium 230. That is always my shade. Product was smooth, however it does not provide medium to full coverage as claimed. Actually covered nothing. Dried to almost a ghostly (white) color on my face. Horrible. Made me also itch. It was returned.

Lasts all day. Love it.
I like how this coverage lasts all day!

Horrible!
The cheapest compact case I have ever experienced, also did not cover worth a darn. MAC and It products 10 times better.

Spotty coverage and caking issues
I have several Laura Geller products that I love, so I was excited to try this foundation. Unfortunately, it just wasn't great for me.I'm 40. I have combination skin. My skin definitely shows signs of sun damage and isn't the smoothest. I used this product with a primer from this same brand. I was decidedly underwhelmed by the results. I felt this foundation was VERY cakey. I had a really hard time getting it to blend smoothly, even with my fav, hasn't-failed-me-yet foundation blending brush. It settled almost immediately into all my tiny lines and bigger-than-I'd-like-them-to-be pores. The color wasn't a perfect match for me, but if it had been more blendable, this alone wouldn't have been such an issue. I've generally had good success getting shades that are just slightly off to work for me by blending them with something else that IS the right color, but this wasn't blendable like that at all. So what I ended up with was this in my lines and pores, and slightly too orangey for me, with another layer over the top. Definitely not my best look.I'm generally a fan of Laura Geller products, but this one was a miss for me. Pass.

Splotchy
First of all, I generally like Laura Geller products. Second of all, I usually buy the palest foundations in any line, but this one was...corpselike.I have a pretty good complexion, buy I like using foundation to even out my skin, hiding any red marks, and generally smoothing things out. If I had wanted to add "splotching my skin tone and making my pores look really, really huge," I would DEFINITELY recommend that anyone buy this LAURA GELLER NEW YORK Timeless Skin Cream Compact Foundation. I used the included sponge to blot this cream foundation on my skin, and oh, my; I ended up peering in the mirror, facing a reflection that looked like nothing so much as a latex ghost mask that had accidentally added some large pores. Since I had to show my face in public, I ended up swiping massive amounts of bronzer and blush, mitigating the disaster. While I "saved face" with this foundation, I don't recommend it for use, because I also felt like it was particularly drying. As a cream compact, I felt like it should be slightly moisturizing, and boy: it did not apply smoothly at all. I won't be a repeat customer.

On the go Touch up
Not sure if this is supposed to be a primary foundation or touch up.Even though it goes from cream to powder, not creamy enough for my skin as a base.Fell right into my nose pores like little pockets of powdered sugar in funnel cake. However as a touch up, like a powder compact, it was Wonderful. The included sponge is just right for blotting & smoothing.Compact design is brilliant that the sponge side has holes so if it's wet, will dry.As to color, the model pix were just right for my shade. My light/medium skin blended seamlessly under Light 150.True to claim for med to full coverage, you just have to build on trouble areas.True to Laura Geller Brand, very friendly on aging skin.Blurs out lines without settling.Keeping this in my bag for when my make up sweats off & need to cover the red.

Not my favorite…
I like a lot of Laura Geller products, but unfortunately this is not one of them! This foundation is really cakey and accentuated every fine line and wrinkle I have, and I’m only 34 years old! It also clings to dry patches no matter how much I prep my skin before using it. I have tried this now 5 times on 5 different days, and I couldn’t get it to work no matter what I did. The only thing I found this to be ok at was using as a touch up for blemishes, and only just able to use it like that, and wouldn’t be my first choice either. Plus the color was a bit yellow toned for my liking. But I have found that to be true with more Laura Geller foundations and concealers. They only do yellow, or neutral colors, and even the neutrals lean more toward yellow. Plus to top it off the case is really not what I expected for the price point, it’s more something I would expect from a cheap drug store brand to be honest.
