These absorb well but the small left a ridge mark in my husband`s waist. The medium`s leg opening is too big so there is more leakage. I wish these companies could come up with better sizing to fit more people properly. It`s not like these products are inexpensive either.

Bought these for my elderly mother to try - and will purchase again. Switching from her Depends. She was wearing Depends pullups at night - plus a booster pad. The LivDry product works well enough that she now doesn't need to add a booster. No leaks, more absorbant then Depends. She likes not having the extra bulk of a booster, too So, buying this more expensive product turns out to be not only more comfortable, but cheaper and in the long run. Mom's skin is sensitive and the Depends had a stiffer, paper-scratchy feel. The LivDry feels more like a softer cotton. The fit is just fine, too. Glad we gave these a shot. I'm tired of ordering different kinds for her to try. The expense adds up.

I've been using LivDry for almost a year and they are much better than other brands on the market. I weigh 174 lbs, started out using Large size but eventually went down to the Medium size and that fits me well. Easy to both put on and take off, good quality, absorbs a lot and elastic around legs holds urine in very well. Highly recommend.
