Q: Will using my mouth guard at night effect the results?

The Optic White LED Kit has not been tested with overnight mouth guards/aligners. We recommend discussing it with your dentist before using.

Q: How does this charge?! I followed the directions and can’t get mine to charge at all.

Mine didn't last one night. It was blinking to charge. I went back to check and no response from the device or charger

Q: Has anyone tried this with plastic retainers? I know the company response is that it isn’t tested, but has anyone done that? Thanks!

I did use the plastic retainer that you plug into your phone to power it up. The ultraviolet light makes the whiting gel hard in a couple minutes, I did this before going to bed then brush it off in the morning. It was easy enough & I noticed a big difference my teeth are much whiter.

Q: Also what's the best toothpaste to use for best results the pro series? Or colgate 15yr corrector?
