When my(120lb)Cane Corso or (80lb) American Blue Nose Pit isn't wearing a training collar they wear this collar. It's strong enough for restraining powerful dogs and is comfortable for the dog after wearing training collars most of the time. Most training collars are thinner chains and are designed to be uncomfortable for your dog when they disobey. Also when you have your dog off-leash and have to restrain him or her it can be painful having to grab those training collars. This collar is well made and looks great on my dogs. Well constructed with real leather and padded, it will probably last for years to come. I've purchased a lot of collars over the years and this one is the best one I've purchased. Great Value!

Great durable, secure collar. We’ve never been fans of a pinch clasp collar (I don’t trust it to hold if a dog would pull too much), so we always look for buckled collars. This is a great upgrade for our puppy as she grows. The collar is THICK…so be aware of that. It’s not really low-profile. But I still think it fits our 3 month old Irish Setter well. We got the 10-14.5” collar, and right now, she’s on the smallest setting. I do think the durability of this collar fits the price point, but I still wish I didn’t have to pay $25 for a collar that my dog will grow out of. I wouldn’t think twice about purchasing this as a one-time collar for a full-grown dog. Definitely worth the money. We got the green color, which looks great against her red coat. No color bleeding happening at all yet. We’ll have to wait to see if the leather/color cracking becomes an issue down the road…only time will tell. Love that the attachment for dog tags is positioned in a way that allows their tags to lay flat against their chest, facing forward, very visible, and easy to read. Leash attachment seem very sturdy and secure, and we have no worries about it giving way. Excellent collar, and functions just as a quality collar should.

I ordered these after months of searching for the perfect collar. I wanted to get a leather collar to use individually instead of changing between their waterproof, martingale, and at home collars. However I also wanted something different from the basic leather that's available.These collars were delivered yesterday and I immediately put them on. These are my thoughts:Sizes - I bought Medium for my 60lb doberman/hound mix and Small for my 27lb Feist (terrier mix)[Size fit perfectly on both on the second to last notch]Width and Thickness - These are padded on the inside so they are slightly thicker than normal leather collars. I won't be able to use the slip on quiet dog tags anymore for that reason. However I'm dealing with regular clinking dog tags again and can always buy the silicone slip on tags if I get annoyed, but this is my preference and not so much a problem with the thickness of the collars. The width Is perfect for both of them.Colors - I ordered Brown and Pink. They are both gorgeous! The brown looks darker in the photo, but was more of a standard leather brown. The Pink is also more of a dark Mulberry, which I love because I wanted girly but not too girly.Durability - so far I've only had these for a day and they've held up through our daily walk, as well as the semi muddy dog park. No issues with either and seems strong enough to handle my big guy pulling more often then I'd like him to lol.I have not bought the matching leashes yet as they are a bit pricier than the collars were but with the quality of the collars, I'm planning to add the leashes to their set!I definitely recommend buying for your dog! A classy and durable way to make a statement that hopefully lasts a long time!

The quality is perfectly on par with the value; not the best collar I've had, but very affordable. The weight of the clip and ID tag keeps the extra D-ring floating right on top of my dog's neck for the perfect placement of a pull tab for off-leash work so that it is quick and easy to access, which is exactly what I was looking for.The small ring attachment for the ID collar is aesthetically pleasing and reduces the amount of metal hardware, but is the least durable part of the collar. I would recommend a second form of identification.The leather needs a bit of work to soften up and requires a bit of decent leather cleaner and dog sweat to get rid of that plastic smell, but it is full grain and decent quality, and looks nice for the price.This size fit my smaller pit bull with a well-muscled 15" neck perfectly and complements her size, and the extra padding under the buckle keeps the metal hardware from rubbing her neck.

Great quality, super thick/soft leather, looks great on our dog. It does scratch easily, however. But it’s holding up well now after about 2 months. Hope to get a few years at least out of it.
