ProLong 1512 Plantabbs 8 Ounce Seasonal Tree Preservative, 8 Oz, White and Blue

This is the second bottle I’ve bought because it works so well. I’ve literally had my Christmas tree keep growing while in the living room.

I was very fortunate to find this available are used to buy these Christmas trees from a nursery that is now shut down and with the tree they gave us a free bottle of the stuff this is exactly the same bottle exactly the same product. It works well.

We've used this before and it's not easy to find. Package of three bottles arrived leaking. On closer inspection we saw that caps on all 3 were loose! Not too much had leaked so we kept them.

I have been using this preservative for many years. It does keep the tree from drying out and losing needles. Several years ago we kept the Xmas tree up until early February. It was just beginning to lose needles. It often sells out early from Xmas tree dealers and home improvement stores. However it was still readily available from Amazon just before Xmas!

Used this last year, from the minute I got the tree in the house. The tree lasted 5 weeks, and didn't drop needles. Very pleased.

Had to buy a different brand when I couldn’t get this one. The tree barely soaked up any water. When Prolong arrived I used it instead and had to replace the water the same day! My cut tree lasted almost 6 weeks! I won’t use anything else. Great for cut flowers, too!

Put a splash in every water addition throughout the holiday period for my fresh tree. It really worked. I put my tree up on December 9 and didn't take it down until January 8 - about 2 weeks longer than usual - and there was very little needle drop until I took the tree down. Highly recommended!

I used this for my Christmas tree this year and by gosh - I think it helped! My tree stayed much softer and greener than in the past, and even maintained some of it's heavenly smell. When it was time to take the tree down, I didn't have near the needle mess I usually do. I'm looking forward to trying it on cut flowers come spring. I would recommend.
