promixx is an excellent mixer brand, but the motor itself is hit and miss sometimes, ive found myself replacing my promixx atleast once or twice per year, when working they are excellent but when issues arise its abit of a nuisance having to return and wait for a replacement, using USB-C to charge and having it as a powerbank is quite useful, ive had to replace this mixxer once in particular due to the motor having a loss of power to the point it would mix the water but when adding powder lost all power, quick replacement sorted this out and im back up an running again

I bought this product to help mix my protein shakes but now I use this several times daily for all sorts of different drinks because of how easy to use and easy to clean the product is. I didn't realise how powdery my drinks were until using this and has improved the flavour of all of them. Highly recommend this if you have lots of drink powders lying around.

This item is great. So good I bought it twice because I lost the motor of my first purchase. Sadly, only about ten days and maybe five uses my new bottle lip broke and is therefore not usable anymore. I compared the bottle lids and lips with my old one and it just looks to be that my new one is particularly more brittle. I will try to exchange still the item itself I can only recommend!

Mine has stopped charging , it's just over a year old. Shame because it's a good bit of kit but I haven't used it much so I'm giving 1 star .

Great concept and brings convenience but the quality of all the closures is sub-par. It leaks through the cap constantly because the lid screws on in one of the most inadequate closures I’ve ever used on a bottle. The rubber flap securing the USB charging port in the base doesn’t seal, the charging attachment/ base also doesn’t seal securely with the main body, and the flap on the lid that covers the opening you drink from is also prone to leakage.Given bottles have been around for ages, you’d have expected at least the bottle part to not be a problem, but unfortunately that’s the thing they screwed up by skimping on cost most likely.

It leaks always, there is no way to close that not leaks, even the tiny one leaks protein powder. I have to check that the rubber seals are in place every single time.

This product mixes protein very well but the quality of the plastic on the lid is really poor as the grips that keep the bottle sealed snapped on my pretty early on and now leaks anytime I drink from it
