I can't say enough good about this product. Initially I was attracted to the fact that it is produced in the u.s. and Canada, it has 5htp ( serotonin production), L-theanine, lemon balm, magnesium ( essential for being awake and asleep) & the ASHWAGANDA has taken away my horrible nightmares that keep me from sleeping deeply. I wake up over 5 to 6 times a night with pain and restlessness between dreams and when I take the ashwaganda supplements I sleep heavy and might not even get up once (which is very odd for me) I have fibromyalgia and it actually makes me get up somewhat not tired.I had started with melatonin at first, but then I found this. It helps my blood sugar stay lowered, have less anxiety, (needed the 5-HTP) and the ashwaganda is supposed to help with all including sleep. The **extra bonus was not expected but it is taking away my crippling nightmares. I wake up with sleep paralysis and cannot get out of sleep. Taking ashwagandha has eliminated that somehow. I don't know if it'll help everyone like it has me, but it's been a lifesaver!UPDATE: I am still taking this for restful sleep, lowered anxiety and stress and other reasons I named above. I have to keep taking it or my nightmares come back. (It is crazy as I never thought there was anything that would make them go away.) I read another review where the person said it made them frustrated.( That can be a unwanted side effect of taking this Ashwaganda) that is something you need to think about before taking any supplement. It was worth the try for me, it worked correctly. I have Fibromyalgia, am going through peri-menopause and chronic fatigue. I need as much sleep as I can get. italso gives me time to think about what I am saying before spouting out something I didn't really want to say. Sometimes my Anxiety gets the best of me but this supplement gives me a calmness that I wasn't capable of before.This stuff gets an A+ two thumbs up, 5 stars....all of it.

I suffer from anxiety, so I decided to give these a try.The day I got these in the mail I took 2 of the gummies and 10-ish mins later, I was so sleepy! I had to go to bed, not to sleep but to rest. The other day I had anxiety, so I tried only one because I didn't want to be sleepy. It made me feel calm. Anxiety went away! Not sure it will work for everyone, but give it a try and see! I have tried a lot of other products and nothing worked for me. I will stick to this!

A friend of mine recommended these to help with falling asleep and sleeping better through the night. They're easy to take (gummy), taste like a fruity treat w/out any funky aftertaste (like some THC/CBD gummies I've tried in the past) and within 15-20min, I feel relaxed w/out feeling buzzed or high and I've been getting much better sleep since I started taking them. Waking up is easy, I've had no after-effects like feeling drowsy/zombied either, which I really like. Overall, very happy with this supplement.

Like that these are gummies and go faster into my system Thr taste ins.t bad. I will order again.

The wife lives down. Works great.

I take one in the morning and one at night. I don’t notice any change of anything. Still tired all the time. No energy. Thought it would help with stress and it doesn’t. Not sure what else to do.

These are tasty and they have helped me relax and sleep better.

So far I love this product - slept great.
